"Rich and crew did a significant reno for us that involved bumping out the back of our house, gutting our kitchen down to the studs and completely gutting and refinishing our basement. In the process they moved my laundry room up to the second floor. The renovation was long - it was a huge project. But it speaks volumes that even after spending so much time together, Rich and his wife were one of the first added to our list to be invited to a birthday party months after the project ended.
