FLP Associates is your local North & Central Jersey General Contractor with over 30 years of experience in managing and coordinating diverse projects both residential and commercial from early design to final completion. We service Morris, Essex, Hudson, Union, Middlesex, Monmouth and parts of Ocean County. We cover everything from new construction to additions, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, basements and those difficult and odd jobs both in the residential & commercial sector.
Meet the Owner
Richard fx Pizzuta​
Richard has been working in the construction industry from a very you age for almost 40 years. Early in his career he worked as a laborer moving on to carpenter, mason ,project coordinator then Senior Project Manager for a commercial General Contractor handling multi million dollar projects and finally in 2006 Richard started FLP Associates llc. In that time he received a B.S. of Engineering Technology from New Jersey institute of Technology, with a three year study of Architecture and structures. He has also earned and maintained his NJ Salesperson Real Estate License, RCS state Inspectors license and registered Home Improvement Contractors registration.. Richard has spent his entire career in the construction industry and is very well versed in all aspects of both Residential and Commercial construction, from design till completion.
