Design/Build

 

This method of construction allows us to work hand in hand with either your or our Architect and Engineer on the project under one contract. Having the Architect, Engineer and General Contractor on the "same team" in a design/build environment offers many advantages to the owner, including:

 

  • Elimination of “over designing” for extra details and renderings
  • Coordination of current cost-effective building materials and systems
  • Helping apply the Architects/ Engineers’ vision to our clients’ budget and desires

 

New Construction

 

This method allows our company to work with your Architect on delivering the highest level of value and service to you, our client.  We accomplish the same goals as in a Design/Build scenario by applying our knowledge of current materials, trends and costs to your design, as well as utilization of quality subcontractors.

 

Construction Management

 

Construction Management allows you, the owner, to utilize our skills, knowledge and experience for less.  We start by providing you with a minimum of three subcontractors per trade for your review and approval.  That’s right--you see all the costs and our books are open for your review.  This service is provided for an agreed-upon fee and includes:

 

  • Review of plans and coordination of Architects & Engineers for on-site meetings
  • Solicitation of 3 bids per trade (i.e. masonry, carpentry) for your approval
  • Value Engineering
  • On-site supervision
  • Construction meetings
  • Coordination of interior finishes and fixtures
  • Conduct final walk-through and punch list
  • Construction Management bridges the knowledge gap between clients, architects and subcontractors to ensure our clients benefit from our professional and knowledgeable construction experience.
